So my first attempt at French cooking was a success!! The Beef Bourguignon was delcious. The meat was tender and juicy and I never knew how good wine was as a marinade!
The only downside is that Beef Bourguignon really is a hideously presented dish. I tried but I dont think there was any way to make it look more presentable. I cooked for two of my best Friends Alex and ChloƩ and there were no complaints from either of them so I'd say it was a job well done!
